Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change! Here’s our cancellation policy to ensure flexibility:

• Free Cancellation: You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 14 days before your scheduled delivery.

• 50% Refund: Cancellations made within 14 to 7 days of your scheduled delivery will receive a 50% refund of the rental fee.

• No Refund: Cancellations made within 7 days of your scheduled delivery will not be eligible for a refund.​
