Spend your Wednesday evening moving, recovering, and connecting at the Village Green Run, Sauna & Social — a community pop-up experience hosted by Village Green, Cornwall Run Club, and Nollaa Sauna.
The evening kicks off with a relaxed, community-led 5km group run with Cornwall Run Club, welcoming runners of all paces and experience levels. The second group heads out at 6:00 PM.
After your run, unwind with a 1-hour sauna and cold plunge session hosted by Nollaa Sauna. Recover, recharge, and enjoy the benefits of hot and cold therapy alongside the community.
Finish the evening at Village Green with a 16oz beverage, and stick around to connect with fellow runners and enjoy a well-earned post-run social.
Whether you're coming for the run, the recovery, or the community, this event is all about good movement, good people, and a great way to spend a summer evening.
