Spend your Saturday moving, recovering, and connecting at Pace, Steam, Pour — a unique pop-up experience from Coasting Run Club, Nollaa Sauna Co., and Bogside Brewing.
Kick things off with a 5 km community run through the scenic streets and riverside trails of Montague. After you’ve logged your kilometers, it’s time to sweat, chill, and reset with an hour-long sauna and cold plunge session hosted by Nollaa Sauna Co.
Then settle in at Bogside Brewing for a well-earned 16oz beverage (non-alcoholic options available) and some post-run hangs — the perfect blend of movement, recovery, and good company.
Whether you’re running for the rush, the reset, or the community, Pace, Steam, Pour is your invitation to move, unwind, and raise a glass to wellness on the Island.
