Spend your Saturday moving, recovering, and connecting at The Milky Way Meetup – Run, Sauna, Social — a special pop-up experience hosted by Coasting Run Club, Cornwall Run Club, Nollaa Sauna Co., Lone Oak Brew Pub, and Double Loop Running Co.
Kick things off with a relaxed, community-led 5km run with Coasting RC and Cornwall RC, designed for all paces and experience levels. After you’ve logged your kilometres, settle into a 1-hour sauna and cold plunge session hosted by Nollaa Sauna Co. — the perfect way to reset and recover.
Then head into Lone Oak Brew Pub for a well-earned pint and some post-run hangs with the community.
Double Loop Running Co. will also be offering:
