Kick things off with a coastal seaside run, taking in fresh ocean air and scenic shoreline views. After you’ve logged your kilometres, it’s time to sweat, chill, and reset with a 1-hour sauna and cold plunge session hosted by Nollaa Sauna Co.
Then settle in at Fin Folk Food for a well-earned 16oz beverage — beer or coffee — and enjoy some post-run hangs. It’s the perfect blend of movement, recovery, and good company.
