Join us at Stanhope Beach Lodge for The Summer Reset! A pop-up wellness experience combining outdoor yoga, sauna, and cold plunging.
We’ll kick things off with outdoor yoga led by Andrea, with an amazing view of the water. This all-level session is a chance to move, breathe, and slow down while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. After yoga, enjoy a one-hour sauna and cold plunge session hosted by Nollaa Sauna. Take some time to relax in the heat, cool off in the plunge, and enjoy the benefits of hot and cold therapy.
With yoga, sauna, cold plunge, and beautiful views, The Summer Reset is a chance to take some time for yourself, reset, and enjoy a morning of wellness by the water.
