Join us at Stanhope Beach Lodge for The Summer Reset! A pop-up wellness experience combining outdoor yoga, sauna, and cold plunging.
We’ll kick things off with outdoor pilates led by Scott, with an amazing view of the water. This all-level session is a chance to move, strengthen, and reset while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. After pilates, enjoy a one-hour sauna and cold plunge session hosted by Nollaa Sauna. Take some time to relax in the heat, cool off in the plunge, and enjoy the benefits of hot and cold therapy.
With pilates, sauna, cold plunge, and beautiful views, The Summer Reset is a chance to take some time for yourself, reset, and enjoy a morning of wellness by the water.
